Washington DC Vote: Why do the Republicans want to keep the vote from the people?

DC Vote

Taxation without Representation: What are the Democrats doing about this act of slavery and plantation owning? Will Hillary Clinton or Barak Obama answer the call or will they share in the luxuries of oppression?

What is this nation doing about this plight? It seems as if someone has a bigger interest and agenda in maintaining the status quo of taxation without representation.

What are the social policy implications of having DC residents vote? This is the question.
