Subject: Best Buy's Rudeness

Just now ran across your blog about your wife and child's treatment at Best Buy. I'm not from that area but have witnessed similar scenes at our Best Buy here in South Carolina. Just a suggestion, and I don't know how feasible it is for you, but if you purchase some Best Buy stock, that will entitle you to attend stockholder's meetings. Nothing the corporate office fears worse than an unhappy stockholder. You have a right to request to speak at the meeting and they have to allow you. As well spoken as you are, I'm sure you could make an impact. Anyway, just thought it might be worth the try. It's terrible that your wife and daughter had to experience such rudeness and unprofessional behavior.Melle BlattnerSouth Carolina
