This Congress is absurd, and their dialogue is ludicrous. We know where the blame lies. It lies with those that profit from this fiasco. The citizens of the United States should not pay for the errors of those who lied and cheated for a profit. Let the chips fall where they may. We need to root out the criminal thinking and behaving of our Congress and the Stock Market.
