"...Genson on Thursday questioned the legality of the wiretaps. He warned the impeachment committee: "I think you're using evidence that was illegally obtained...." This is just like a criminal. Whether the wiretaps were obtained illegally or not, Governor Blagojevich said what he said. Governor Blagojevich's Illinois Prison Review Board wants to know from everyone requesting clemency whether or not they have remorse for their crimes. Remorse does not mean whether evidence was obtained illegally or not. There is no remorse from this Governor for his crimes against the State of Illinois.
