President Obama is absolutely right. Look at the Illinois Departments of Central Management Services and Children and Family Services hiring practices. President Obama left out the word "corruption and nepotism."
If jobs are a priority to President Obama, he needs to understand how to combat nefarious and unjust employment practices such as demonstrated by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and the Illinois Department of Central Management Services, which hires all State employees. To ignore this behavior is to support it. I have not been judged by the content of my character and my academic achievements. I have been judged by the ideologies of a corrupt and unjust governmental system in Illinois.
