Here we go again. Chicago's finest at their best, corruption. Do you think we, as ordinary citizens, could call the Commander of the police station in our areas and have them bring our drivers license to us after we have committed a driving violation.
This alderman supported the bill that passed for getting a ticket if you are using your cell phone while driving.
