This is good news. No appointment, nor any law should be allowed that has Governor Blagojevich's name on it. Governor Blagojevich has committed criminal acts and should be punished to the full extent of the law.
This is decision is not about black and white. It is about right and wrong. Governor Blagojevich should resign his office before he is kicked out.
