Bay Area Rapid Transit spokesman Linton Johnson told CNN affiliate KTVU-TV in Oakland, California, that the officer is presumed innocent and described him as devastated. Johnson said the video provided to KTVU is inconclusive. Is Linton Johnson white? Nobody cares that the officer is devastated. The family of the victim is devastated. This is just another white racist act against a black man. The police believe they are above the law, and as it appears here, the law is protecting the police officer.
