Illinois' Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center: Race, Sex, Age Discrimination

Do you really know how the employees of the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center (JTDC) are treated by management after being abused by the juvenile inmates? Do you know how the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) really operates to protect businesses like the JTDC? EEOC representatives told me that JTDC is on their "no medication" list. Why do you think JTDC does not want to mediate with those who allege discrimination? Has AFSCME the union infiltrated EEOC? What other unions have infiltrated our system of employment discrimination justice? How does this reduce recidivism? I am not sure we are reducing recidivism within this system. I think it is evident with the juvenile crime we see in the Chicago streets daily. Since these people thought they should attack my daughter, I thought I should share the operation of both these entities with President Barack Obama since the EEOC is a Federal entity. For more information, read my writings on this subject...

EEOC PREJUDICIAL AND NEFARIOUS DECISION IN A DISCRIMINATION CASE IN CHICAGO. On November 2, 2010 the people of the United States of America expressed its disappointment with the Democratic machine in Washington DC. President Barack Obama and his Democrats lost the Majority in the House of Representatives.

President Obama claims and advocates for employment for all, but what is employment if you cannot keep it because of the discriminatory actions of employers. Whether the employment discrimination is against a black person being fired and a white person being retained or a white person being fired and a black person being retained, it is discrimination.

If President Obama does not get his house in order, such as the EEOC operation which has everything to do with "FAIR AND EQUAL TREATMENT IN EMPLOYMENT", the Democrats will lose the Senate and the Presidency in 2012.

Right now, EEOC is promoting discriminatory acts against employees by not pursuing discrimination charges made by employees that have been discriminated against.

I wrote another letter to President Obama on November 3, 2010 about his EEOC Representative dismissing my claim and telling me that she did not request the Respondents to reply to the allegations of discrimination. I also wrote a letter to Mr. John Boehner, Future Speaker of the House of Representatives stating, "PRESIDENT OBAMA IS NOT LISTENING..." Read more about the EEOC by going to the link below....

f there's one thing we know for sure about John Boehner, it's that he's rather emotional. The would-be speaker of the House burst into tears when speaking to the Republican faithful at a victory party Tuesday night marking the GOP's gains in Congress. But it was hardly the first time Boehner has wept in a public forum. His tears came because he reports he has always been seeking the American dream for the people. Where is the American dream here Mr. Boehner?
