The lead homicide investigator in the shooting of unarmed teenagerTrayvon Martin recommended that neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman be charged with manslaughter the night of the shooting, multiple sources told ABC News. The "Stand Your Ground" Law used by Zimmerman was not put in place for the circumstances in the Trayvon murder. The problem is in the Sanford, Florida State's Attorney's office. The conspiracy to cover up a murder is being perpetrated by local government officials.
