Finally!!! Some good news for Sherri Shepherd! As Shepherd prepares to leave the daytime talker The View on August 7th, she got news from a judge who decided to let her keep custody of her nine-year old son. Shepherd's ex-husband, Jeffrey Tarpley, took her to court trying to gain full custody of their nine-year old claiming Shepherd was a terrible mother who worked too much. The judge didn't agree, and now Shepherd retains full custody of her son. Let's hope she gets good news regarding her soon to be ex-husband Lamar Sally. Sally is dragging Shepherd into court demanding that she be a mother to their unborn surrogate child. Shepherd announced a couple of weeks ago, that she was backing out of the deal citing Sally only wants money. Shepherd says she was coerced into the surrogate agreement, and that Sally should take responsibility since it IS his sperm and NOT her eggs. Sally has accused Shepherd of not being a good Christian because she backed out of the deal. Shepherd realizes she has made a major mistake.....again! She just wants to put this marriage drama behind her and get on with her life.

*Lauryn Hill took the sage nearly an hour after her call time in Chicago last week, then had the nerve to snap at a fan who complained, reports TMZ.

Hill was in the Windy City for a gig at the House of Blues, and sources tell the website she was supposed to begin the set at 10:30 p.m. — but took her sweet time, and didn't actually make it to the stage until 11:20.
Once she did, most accounts say Lauryn's opening song performance was terrible, and when a fan called her out and flipped her off … she berated him and had him tossed by security.
The person who shot this video tells TMZ they decided to leave after two more songs (which they called "rushed and sloppy") … and say they saw a huge line of people at the box office asking for a refund.
