Now, how should we evaluate this issue. O.J. rightly was wrong and should be convicted of armed robbery. How much of this conviction though is based on the acquittal of the murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman? Now, there is talk about whether he should be eligible for parole. It is suggested he will not be eligible for 9 years. It is suggested O.J. should not be released because of his age in 9 years, which he will be 70-years-old.
Lets jump ahead a little to Governor Ryan. It is suggested he should be released because of his age. Why should he be released because of his age, and O.J. not? I think its real simple. Its called indifferent and disparate treatment. When will this country face the fact that black people are treated different in all areas of life than white.
Ron Goldman's father called O.J. a S.O.B. when asked by a news reporter how he felt about O.J.'s sentencing today. Now we all know what this means. Why is the man talking about O.J. mother? O.J.'s mother had nothing to do with the crime against his son. My wife of 16 years, Judy Nance, was murdered on July 5, 1993 and my 9-year-old daughter found the body. I was very angry. I was angry at the person who committed the murder. No one was arrested or found guilty for the murder. I am not angry at the mother of the person who murdered my wife. I would never refer to the murderer has a S.O.B. because I would be talking about his mother.
I have no sympathy or empathy for the father of Ron Goldman. I guess we can call Ron Goldman a S.O.B. now since it was okay for his father to call O.J. a S.OB.
